SOME EXTRA KŌRERO

• There is no Eating sorry in the auditiorium. You are more than welcome to bring your lunch, it will need to be eaten outside of the auditorium and holding spaces. The venue does not allow commercial food of any kind to cater for the event.

• If you get hungry, there are food places just down the road or the Westfield shopping mall in Chartwell 😊. Countdown is also along the road for any little things you may have forgotten ):

COMPETITORS

• Competitors will be issued wristbands for the competition which give access to back stage only for your session only.

• We will clear out the back stage when the morning is completed and then the second session of dancers for the evening will have access to the back stage hall. And all other dancers must clear the area.​

AUDITORIUM 

 Ticket holders ONLY will be allowed access to the auditorium during show times. We are unable to let anyone in that does not have a ticket.

There will be a live feed that Managers / choreographers can watch from back stage.

BACKSTAGE

• We love the way that crews have whānau who want to tautoko by doing  hair and makeup etc. It is the BEST thing to see our rangatahi looking CONFIDENT in themselves and sharing their BEAUTY from within. To manage numbers, we request that dancers/ manager and choreographers that are named on the registration form will be the only ones allowed backstage. You may have to do all the extra make up and hair in the foyer. This is because numbers are restricted for capacity in the back.

COVID Safety protocols.

We will follow the latest Ministry of Health guidelines to ensure that we keep you safe and others at all times.

Sanitisers, and masks will be on site.
